Do you charge for shipping?

Not at all. Shipping is free on every order — no minimum purchase required. All our products are priced between ₹3,500 and ₹6,500, and every order ships complimentary across India.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days for metro cities, 5–7 for tier 2 cities, and 7–10 for the rest of India.

Do you deliver across India?

Yes, we offer pan-India delivery to all serviceable pin codes. For remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery may take an additional 2–3 business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. Use this link to follow your package in real-time until it arrives at your doorstep.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If there's a special circumstance, write to us at care@houseofkoy.com and we'll do our best to help.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within India. We're working on bringing Koyé to more places — stay tuned.

What if I'm not available to receive my delivery?

Our courier partners deliver between 9 AM and 7 PM on business days and may attempt up to two deliveries. If both attempts are missed, the package will be returned to us. Reach out and we'll arrange a re-dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

Our exchange-only policy and how the process works.

Can I get a refund?

We follow an exchange-only policy — no refunds. If the size you need isn't available, we'll issue a store credit for the full amount, redeemable on any future order. Refunds are only processed for defective products where neither a replacement nor an alternative is in stock.

How long do I have to request an exchange?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a size exchange. For damaged or incorrect items, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery.

How do I request an exchange?

Email us at care@houseofkoy.com with your order number, delivery address, and reason for exchange. If the item arrived damaged or defective, please attach photos. Our team will review and respond within 72 working hours.

Is the first exchange free?

Yes, your first exchange is completely free — we'll arrange a pickup from your doorstep at no cost. Any subsequent exchanges will be at your expense.

What if my size isn't available for exchange?

If the size you need is out of stock, we'll issue a store credit for the full amount. You can use it on any future Koyé order of equal or higher value.

What items are not eligible for exchange?

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible. The same applies to items missing their original tags or packaging, free-size garments, accessories, and products purchased on discount or final sale.

Can I self-ship the product back?

Absolutely. Secure the item in its original packaging and email us at care@houseofkoy.com — we'll share the return address and any documents you'll need.

Why was my exchange request declined?

This can happen if pickup service isn't available in your area, if multiple exchanges have been initiated from the same address, or if the item doesn't meet our eligibility criteria (unworn, original tags, within the exchange window).

What sizes do you offer?

We offer sizes S through XXL across all our styles. Each size is designed with generous ease built in — our restwear is meant to drape, not cling.

I'm between two sizes — what should I pick?

Go with your usual size. All Koyé pieces are designed with ease built in, so your regular fit should feel comfortable. You can also check the detailed measurements on each product page and in our Size Guide for more confidence.

How should I measure myself?

Use a soft measuring tape over lightweight clothing. Measure your bust around the fullest part of your chest, your waist at its narrowest point, and your hips around the widest part (about 8 inches below the waist). Keep the tape snug but not tight, and stand naturally.

What's the difference between Relaxed Fit and Easy Fit?

Relaxed Fit is a loose, free-flowing silhouette that drapes without clinging — you'll find this in our shorts sets, camisole sets, and pyjama sets. Easy Fit is slightly more structured but still prioritises comfort, following the body's natural lines with generous ease. Our shirt dresses and oversized dresses use this fit.

Are the measurements on the size chart body or garment measurements?

The measurements in our Size Guide are body measurements — they indicate the body dimensions each size is designed for. Each product page may also include garment-specific measurements for added precision.

Can I exchange a free-size garment if it doesn't fit?

Unfortunately, free-size garments are not eligible for exchange. We recommend checking the specific measurements listed on the product page carefully before ordering.

Fabric & Care

Understanding our fabrics and keeping your Koyé pieces at their best.

What fabrics does Koyé use?

We use three climate-smart fabrics across our ranges. The Unwind range uses Bamboo-Hemp — cool, airy, and naturally temperature-regulating. At Ease uses Bamboo-Cotton — soft, familiar, and gently breathable. The Unrushed range uses Silk-Touch Satin — smooth, weightless, and luxurious against the skin.

How do I wash my Koyé restwear?

Machine wash cold with a mild detergent. Dry flat rather than in a tumble dryer. Do not bleach. Iron on low heat if needed. All our pieces are designed to soften beautifully with every wash when cared for gently.

Will the fabric shrink after washing?

When cared for as recommended (cold wash, flat dry), our fabrics maintain their shape and size. Avoiding hot water and high-heat drying will help your pieces last longer and feel better over time.

What makes your fabrics "climate-smart"?

Our fabrics are chosen for how they work with your body and the environment. Bamboo-hemp and bamboo-cotton are naturally breathable and moisture-wicking — ideal for India's warm climate. They also require less water and fewer chemicals to produce compared to conventional fabrics.

Can I tumble dry my Koyé pieces?

We recommend drying flat rather than tumble drying. This helps preserve the fabric's texture, fit, and softness over time.

Do the colours fade over time?

With gentle care — cold water, mild detergent, and avoiding direct sunlight while drying — our colours hold up well wash after wash. We use responsible dyeing processes designed for longevity.

What is Koyé?

Koyé is a women's climate-smart restwear brand based in India. We design loungewear and sleepwear using thoughtfully chosen fabrics — bamboo-hemp, bamboo-cotton, and silk-touch satin — that feel as good on your skin as they do for the planet.

What styles do you currently offer?

We currently offer seven styles across three ranges: the Breeze Shirt Dress and Play Shorts Set (Unwind), the Chilled Out Shorts Set, Flow Pyjama Set, and Snug Oversized Dress (At Ease), and the Pause Pyjama Set and Calm Camisole Set (Unrushed).

What's the price range?
