5. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including descriptions, images, colours, and pricing. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be perfectly accurate. Slight variations may also occur due to the natural characteristics of our fabrics.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Any price change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Product availability is subject to stock levels. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer, to limit sales to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and to discontinue any product at any time. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time at our sole discretion.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making purchasing decisions without consulting additional sources of information.

7. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance — your order is accepted only when we dispatch the product and send you a shipping confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or orders that in our sole judgment appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

In the event that we cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address and/or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

Cancellation requests may be considered if made before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If there are special circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

We accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout. All payment information is processed securely through our third-party payment partners. Koyé does not store your credit or debit card details.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders across India with no minimum purchase required. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with delivery timelines varying by location:

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 cities: 5–7 business days
• Rest of India: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier partner schedules, remote locations, festive seasons, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Risk of loss and title for purchased products pass to you upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment. If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch.

9. Exchanges & Returns

We follow an exchange-only policy. Refunds are not offered except in cases where a product is defective and no replacement or alternative is available.

• Size exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery for the same product, style, and colour.
• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
• Your first exchange is free. Subsequent exchanges are at the customer's cost.
• If the required size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit for the full amount. Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, are non-transferable, and can be redeemed on any future order of equal or higher value.
• Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Free-size garments, accessories, and products purchased on discount or final sale are not eligible for exchange.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products purchased will meet your expectations in all cases, or that any errors in our service will be corrected immediately. For full exchange details, please refer to our Returns & Exchange page.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, the "Koyé" brand name, product names, design elements, and layout — is the intellectual property of Koyé and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent. Using our content for commercial purposes, resale, or any form of redistribution is strictly prohibited.

Our total liability in connection with any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
